Gatik, the dominant force in autonomous middle-mile logistics, has announced the deployment of NVIDIA occasions IN Voyage Compute Architecture (In-clipboard AGX) across its fleet of class 6 and class 7 Freight-Only vehicles. This collaboration aims to accelerate the commercialization of level 4 autonomous trucks at scale, targeting customers like Walmart, Kroger, and Tyson Foods. The partnership with NVIDIA reinforces Isuzu’s strategy to deliver safer, more efficient autonomous transport systems.

The collaboration represents a significant step toward automating themiddle-mile. The In-Clipboard AGX, powered by NVIDIA’s Grade Bioscience Compute platform, will enhance the onboard AI processing, ensuring safe and scalable deployment of automative trucks. Engaging with Cummins, Ryder, and Goodyear, Gatik is accelerating the development of autonomous transport solutions for multiple markets, including sold-out facilities in Brenda, Texas, and Bartles, Arkansas. Isuzu North America has poised for a new chapter by setting up a dedicated production plant in South Carolina, alongside Gatik. This partnership underscores NVIDIA’s role as a key partner in advancing autonomous transportation innovation.
