It’s Sunday, and we have a very special Strands puzzle to solve. Seriously, I think this is the most creative Strands I’ve played since its inception, so tell your friends and family to give it a shot. I’m always happy to see the puzzle setters at the New York Times going the extra mile. Let’s solve it!
Strands: The Daily Puzzle
Strands is the newest addition to the New York Times’ puzzle game collection. It’s a fun twist on the classic word search game, with a fresh twist every day. Every Thursday, we’re given a new theme, and our goal is to uncover all the words on the grid that fit that theme, including a spangram that crosses from one side of the board to another. One of these words is the spangram, which spans two sides of the board and reveals a fascinating clue about the day’s theme.

Instead of giving you the first two letters of each word, today I’m sharing three hints instead of two. Your challenge is to decode today’s puzzle using those clues and bonus hints. The theme for today’s Strands is “Hue are my sunshine.” Avoid trying to find the first two letters of each word and focus on the clues you receive.
