The Specialty Food Association (SFA) is embarking on a transformative journey, bidding adieu to the nearly half-century-old Winter Fancy Food Show and welcoming a new era with the debut of Winter FancyFaire in January 2026. The Summer Fancy Food Show, a cornerstone event, will remain unchanged, continuing its legacy at the Javits Center in New York City. Winter FancyFaire, scheduled for January 11-13, 2026, will premiere at the San Diego Convention Center with subsequent plans to alternate annually with San Francisco.
