I’ve gone through a ton of devices throughout my life as a smartphone enthusiast. From the revolutionary Sony Ericsson K700 to the Samsung Note 3 and 4, Zuk Z1 and now the Apple iPhone 7 Plus. All have been great, but seem to lose their charm after a few months of hardcore use. Now comes the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4.

The iPhone 7 Plus is my favorite and will be the smartphone I choose to stick with for the foreseeable future. A friend of mine recently got his hands on a brand-new Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. Chinese smartphones are a big no-no for me, especially after my experience with the Lenovo Zuk Z1 didn’t go too well.

I have to give it up. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 has blown me away. Compared to all the other Chinese smartphones out there, and even some of the better know brands, the Redmi Note 4 is a classy device to have. It’s sleek, smooth and works better than most of Samsung’s pricey smartphones . Xiaomi has been hard at work in building a brand image of being reputable and durable. With the Redmi Note 4, it seems like that hard work is beginning to pay off.
